Dealer Info & Application Form

"I received my order and I am just loving the wheels. You are the only company which would make me a wheel set for a KLX250S. They look great and they are much superior to my stock wheels. The engineering on the bushings and hubs is spectacular. Thanks for providing such a great product made affordable to the working man, not only factory riders. Warp 9 would not even respond to my email."

Bearing Carrier FAQ

1. Will the carrier fit my stock ATV?
Yes. All of our carriers are designed to fit a stock swingarm and axle, unless otherwise specified.

2. Does it come with bearings and seals?
Yes. All of our carriers come to you completely assembled. You will only need to grease it.

3. Can you tell me more about greasing this carrier?
Our carriers have a grease fitting which will allow grease to flow to the bearings on both sides. Fill the carrier until you see grease oozing out of both sides. Then use your finger to smear some grease between the bearing and the seal.

4. What kind of grease should I use?
  Any waterproof grease will work.

5. Does the carrier have a center spacer?
The double(twin-row) carriers all have a center spacer. The tapered carriers do not require a center spacer.

6. Will a RAD Round carrier fit my aftermarket swingarm?
Ours will fit most brands of aftermarket swingarms that are made with the same diameter to fit a round 'Honda-Style' carrier. Check with the swingarm manufacturer to make sure.

7. Does the carrier include a brake caliper holder and/or circlip?
Some carriers include a brake caliper holder and all necessary hardware including the circlip. See the carrier application chart for details on specific models. Carriers that don't include a caliper holder are designed to work with your stock holder and circlip.

8. Will your H-7 carrier fit my 85 ATC 350X?
Yes, but in order for it to work you will need to also install a rear sprocket and sprocket bolts from an 86 350X. We designed a specific carrier for the 85 to eliminate this hassle, and the cost difference is comparable to buying the sprocket.

9. Do I need to use the rubber O-rings from my stock Honda carrier?

Our carriers do not require the OEM o-rings that come on some Honda models. You can dispose of them, or use them for something else.
Wheel Spacer FAQ

1. Do you make wider or narrower spacers?
We offer 1" or 2" per side on most wheel spacers except where otherwise noted.

2. Will you ever make wider or narrower spacers?
If there is enough demand we will offer different widths.

3. Are the studs replaceable?
  Yes.

4. Do I use my stock lug nuts to install RAD spacers?
Yes, you must use the stock lugnuts to install our spacers.

5. The ATV I own isn't listed. Will these spacers fit my ATV?
It's possible that our spacers will fit other models not listed. The bolt pattern is a good indicator, but doesn't necessarily reflect all models that will fit.
