The Cush Hub is Awesome! The performance is increadible, smooth and quicker shifting, it's like a different motorcycle. My XR650L is faster, smoother and much enjoyable while riding on the street. My is Steven Poplasky, I had you guys build me some 18" front wheels one gold rim/blk hub and one silver/silver combo. I just wanted to thank you for a great job. I wanted to let you know that I sold ALL my 21's and will not ever go back. So, in the future when I build or purchase a bike I will be getting a 18" to replace that ratty 21"... Here are a couple of photo's you my use for sale purpose..
These 18" front wheels add so much stability you can't make a mistake.. There were area's where I use to slow down because the 21 felt a little unstable where now I just poor on the the gas!! It makes riding so much more fun and don't want to get off.. My friends seem to get tired and beet up on those ratty 21's!! The only added thing anyone needs to do is to make the rebound on the fork come out a little faster because of the little added weight of the 18...Trials tires are key......
I don't think anyone would be disappointed........
Last summer I rode my first race in three years, after running my own race series. So, just for the heck of it I went to the other series to see it I still had it!! Starting on the A-Senior line, I ended up pulling off a 21st overall 1st in class and it took me about 10yr's to beat this one guy... In the end I put 1:12 on him..on full stock MX forks!!! That was the best feeling because nobody couldn't ever beat this guy.. Bottom line I just plan smoked his ass and he was pissed..

I just wanted to send a note about how happy I am with your product.
My name is Mike Rodriguez and I have two sons that are motocross racers. My oldest, Cameron, is an AMA pro and has attended and raced in the outdoor series and supercross races this last year. My younger son, Mason is an intermediate and finishes top three here in So Cal racing. We have been in the racing sport on a national level for ten years.
Mason (sixteen) is a big kid. He is 210-215 without gear! He’s got some fat on him but he’s really just a big strong kid. Mason’s been riding big bikes since he was 11 and only 450’s for the last two years. He muscles his bike around like it’s an 85 and he breaks everything that can break. He annihilates wheels, hubs, and linkage, swing arms, and sub frames.
I have had your wheels on Mason’s and Cameron’s bikes for several months now. The set up is your Eagle Hub with the stainless spokes with the super hard aluminum nipples, and the DID Dirt Star rim. This set up has by far outlasted any other wheel/hub/spoke combination I have tried, and I’ve tried many.
Mason tests Tubeless liners for Nuetech. The owner of the company wanted us to test a new liner running a very low pressure to no pressure at all on his back tire. Mason ran from 0 to 5 pounds of air for several weeks to test the liner. He rode the bike hard with a back flat at all the SoCal tracks. I expected the rim to come out all dinged up and maybe even bent up…….NO DINGS OR BENDS!

company which would make me a wheel set for a KLX250S. They look great
and they are much superior to my stock wheels. The engineering on the
bushings and hubs is spectacular. Thanks for providing such a great
product made affordable to the working man, not only factory riders.
